One of the highlights of Michael’s career was when he was invited to play for Brian May and Jimmy Page after he won a competition where thousands of guitarists from across the UK competed. They said Michael was chosen because of his flair, unassuming charisma, courage taking chances on the guitar and thinking outside of the box! And as Jimmy said too, for ‘being such a bloody nice and humble guy!’
